Embedded Software Engineers to support our client's needs tied to firmware development, BLE connectivity, RTOS-based systems, and real-time embedded applications. This role centers on hands-on development of microcontroller firmware and integration of wireless, safety-critical, and real-time features.
What You'll Do- Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ for ARM Cortex-M or similar microcontrollers.
- Implement and optimize Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication stacks (GATT/GAP profiles, bonding, pairing).
- Build applications running on RTOS platforms such as FreeRTOS, ThreadX, Zephyr, or QNX.
- Debug firmware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, SWD, and protocol analyzers.
- Work closely with hardware, systems, and test engineering teams to ensure seamless device performance.
- Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and architecture planning.
- Assist with firmware validation, board bring-up, and hardware-software integration.
What We're Looking For- 3-10+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
- Strong command of C/C++ in constrained embedded environments.
- Hands-on experience with BLE development (Nordic nRF52/nRF53, TI CC26xx, Silicon Labs, etc.).
- Solid understanding of RTOS concepts: task scheduling, interrupts, timers, concurrency.
- Experience debugging low-level issues with embedded tools.
- Comfort working onsite with hardware, prototypes, and lab equipment.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated environments is a plus but not required.
Nice to Have- Firmware security knowledge (OTA updates, encryption)
