Summary

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, decisioning, and BPM concepts.
Experience with Pega 8.x versions and above.
Hands-on experience in Pega integrations (SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ).
Proficiency in Pega rules, flows, activities, data transforms, and UI components.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Preferred, but not required:

Pega CSSA or CLSA certification.
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Pega.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging tools in Pega.
