Position Overview
The ServiceNow Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, governance, maintenance, and architectural support of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise ServiceNow environments, supporting platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance, security, and platform stability.
Required Experience & Certifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and architectural support.
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and solution quality.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking skills.
