Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant with 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in modern ABAP development and the ability to work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Expertise in RICEF: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, OOABAP, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, and Enhancement Framework.
• Experience with CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with IDoc, RFC, ALE, Web Services, and SAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
• Good knowledge of SAP HANA database and performance optimization.
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration is preferred.
• Experience with SAP development standards, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP ABAP applications in S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze functional requirements and create technical specifications.
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, APIs, and Web Services.
• Create and optimize CDS Views, AMDP procedures, and OData services.
• Perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Support SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP coding standards.
• Resolve production issues and provide technical support.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with S/4HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5, and SAP BTP.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• SAP ABAP/S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
