Lab Tech Ops - Central Weigh

• The role involves weighing and dispensing raw materials, managing inventory and warehouse operations, supporting production schedules, and ensuring compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and safety standards in a fast-paced laboratory and manufacturing environment.

Requirement/Must Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and inventory management processes.
• Ability to work under cGMP guidelines and support production scheduling activities.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs daily.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory management environments.
• Experience working in laboratory operations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders following SOPs and batch records.
• Maintain accurate documentation of methods, materials, and results in batch records.
• Utilize SAP for inventory transactions related to raw materials, dispensed materials, and internal order requests.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Manage schedules and workload priorities based on business requirements and customer needs.
• Respond effectively to multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure department goals are achieved.
• Keep supervisors informed regarding project status, findings, and critical results.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA safety regulations.
• Attend required training sessions and maintain training compliance.
• Maintain work areas including labs and warehouse areas in cGMP-compliant condition.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Should Have:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in laboratory operations preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
• Strong focus on operational and departmental needs.
