A financial services organization is seeking a UX Designer to create modern, intuitive experiences for internal tools used by member service teams. This remote role focuses on transforming legacy workflows into streamlined, user-centered interfaces and delivering development-ready designs.

Design modern user experiences for internal applications used by service and operations teams.
Translate legacy system functionality into streamlined workflows and interfaces.
Create high-fidelity UI designs and development-ready interaction specifications.
Apply and contribute to enterprise design systems to support consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to refine requirements and improve solutions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in UX design, UI design, or product design.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across complex or enterprise applications.
Experience with design systems and high-fidelity design tools such as Figma.
Proven ability to deliver development-ready designs with clear interaction specifications.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments.
Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365.
Desired Skills:
Experience designing internal tools or employee-facing platforms.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
Experience modernizing or replacing legacy systems.
Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
