Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead Dynatrace OneAgent upgrade work and associated Global Settings workstreams across our cloud and on-prem environments. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, driving the project into production readiness, and operationalizing a repeatable, low-risk cadence for future upgrade cycles and configuration changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently run the OneAgent Upgrade project, including phased rollout, automated and manual validation, issue triage, and remediation.
- Lead the Global Settings project delivery by sequencing changes by tenant, defining release windows, and validating minimal production impact.
- Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, decision logs, runbooks, and reporting for steering committees.
- Communicate with application teams, platform engineering, support, and executive stakeholders, preparing concise materials and communicating risks early.
- Deliver an operational handoff with validated runbooks, acceptance criteria, and a repeatable cadence for future updates.
- Own project-level tracking and reporting artifacts, including weekly integrated status, an operational readiness dashboard, and daily status reporting during change windows.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in technical project management, with demonstrable experience leading observability or monitoring platform upgrades. Experience delivering enterprise upgrades across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes is also required. A strong competency in change and release management for production systems is necessary.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Dynatrace OneAgent & Dynatrace Operator is strongly preferred. Competency with change control, including release planning, rollback design, and controlled restart approaches is needed.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $67.50 per hour.
