SAP One Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst - SAP Business One Specialist in Clearwater, FL (On-site).

The Systems Analyst - SAP Business One Specialist is a dual-function role responsible for owning local business systems while enabling data-driven decision-making. This position leads the integration and optimization of SAP Business One, reporting platforms, CRM, and related applications to improve operational efficiency and data visibility. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working closely with leadership and external partners as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements and processes
* Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Business One
* Implement and support SAP bolt-ons and third-party integrations
* Design and improve processes across finance, inventory, and distribution
* Develop repeatable reports and dashboards
* Provide user training, system support, and troubleshooting
* Support upgrades, testing, and deployments
* Act as project lead for select initiatives involving outside vendors

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of SAP Business One experience
* Strong background in business process design and system integration
* Self-directed with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:
* SAP finance, inventory, and distribution modules
* Experience with CRM, Power BI, Power Apps, data analysis, SQL
* Familiarity with EDI, e-commerce, and ERP bolt-ons

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
