Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring seamless communication between project teams and management.

  • Organize and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and creating detailed project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress, including costs, timelines, and staffing, and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Handle complex issues independently, escalating critical matters when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project objectives.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Waterfall project management techniques.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
