Title: PC Refresh Technician (Contract)
We are seeking 2 contractors to support a short-term PC refresh and deployment project involving approximately 300 devices. This role will focus on setting up new hardware, upgrading existing machines from Windows 10 to Windows 11, and deploying devices to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deploy new laptops/desktops
- Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades
- Install and configure required software and applications
- Follow provided deployment instructions and processes
- Provide basic end-user support during device rollout
Requirements:
- Experience with PC deployments, imaging, or refresh projects
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience with tools like SCCM, Intune, or similar is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documentation
