Oracle EBS HCM – Core HR

Louisville, KY (Remote)

Job Description:

Strong understanding of HR processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with system administration, integrations, and testing.
Must have experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR and developing technical solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Modify and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations for employee/people data.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including problems with integrations and data flows.
Create and maintain technical designs, support procedures, and other necessary documentation.
Develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to provide data analysis and solutions.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
Managing and configuring Oracle''''s E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with responsibilities including gathering requirements, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades.
Ability to understand business requirements and identify the data elements and extract that data from Oracle EBS database.
Strong experience of SQL and PL/SQL.
Experience with integrations, data flows, and system administration in Oracle EBS.
Experience with HR implementations.
Oracle certifications, such as the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for EBS R12 Human Capital Management, can be beneficial.
