Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to support a major Oracle Cloud HCM post-go-live stabilization initiative. The client recently completed a large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and is looking for a senior functional consultant to help guide the organization through stabilization, optimization, and roadmap planning activities.

This is a highly client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, functional expertise, and the ability to provide hands-on support to business users and internal teams following production go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Support post-go-live stabilization activities for Oracle Cloud HCM
• Provide functional leadership and strategic guidance across Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices
• Identify configuration gaps, deferred scope items, enhancement opportunities, and process improvements
• Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests
• Assist internal teams with knowledge transfer and platform adoption
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and functional issue resolution
• Support workflow analysis, reporting reviews, and operational process improvements
• Create and maintain functional documentation, job aids, and KT materials
• Collaborate with technical and configuration teams on solution design and implementation activities
• Help define long-term Oracle Cloud HCM roadmap and platform maturity initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Functional implementations
• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM experience including post-production support
• Strong expertise in:
• Core HR
• Compensation
• Talent Management / Recruiting
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM go-live stabilization efforts
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead functional discussions and provide consultative guidance
• Experience conducting knowledge transfer and user enablement sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Higher Education environments preferred
• Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting, workflows, and journeys is a plus
• Prior experience supporting enhancement intake and roadmap planning activities preferred

Additional Information

• Visa Status: H1B and candidates are acceptable
• Must possess excellent communication and user support capabilities
• Hands-on functional support experience is required; this is not a pure training role
