Job Title: Digital Strategy Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a senior, client-facing Digital Strategy Leader to drive high-impact strategic engagements across digital transformation, composable Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), and customer experience (CX) initiatives.
This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who excels in executive engagement, strategic storytelling, and pre-sales leadership, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digital strategy and transformation engagements for enterprise clients
Conduct executive-level discovery workshops to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
Define digital roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business goals
Drive pre-sales activities, including:
RFP responses
Proposal development
Client presentations and solution pitches
Build ROI-driven business cases and compelling solution narratives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, delivery) to ensure alignment
Engage with C-level stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
Stay current with DXP trends, composable architectures, and emerging digital technologies
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience (CX), or consulting
Proven experience in agency or consulting environments
Strong background in enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Hands-on experience with DXP platforms, such as:
Optimizely
Sitecore
Adobe Experience Cloud
Contentstack
Demonstrated success in pre-sales and enterprise pursuits
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions
