Lead the architecture and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow APM/EA module.
There is a lot of crossover skills with building integrations for the ServiceNow platform so while familiarity with APM is great if they are strong in ITOM integrations as well there’s a lot of similarities.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
ServiceNow Integration Expert/Solutions Architect:
• Lead the architecture and implementation of integrations between ServiceNow APM/EA module and systems such as CMDB, APM, HR systems, and external application inventories.
• Define data flow diagrams, source-to-target mappings, and transformation rules to ensure smooth data ingestion and exchange.
• Utilize ServiceNow tools such as Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and mid-server configurations.
• Work with product owners and architects to map integration points that support APM/EA data models, business capabilities, and application services.
• Configure or oversee configuration of integration points that align with CSDM and the Application Portfolio Management (APM) framework.
• Design and execute test plans for integrated data workflows, ensuring accuracy and performance during the go-live and stabilization phases.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation, including integration specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and user guides.
