Senior Client Retalix Power Enterprise / Power Warehouse (WMS) Consultant (IBM i / AS400)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Client Retalix Power Enterprise and Power Warehouse (WMS) professionals to support a high-profile ERP and warehouse management modernization initiative within the food processing, wholesale distribution, and supply chain industry.
This role requires hands-on expertise with Client Retalix Power Enterprise ERP, Power Warehouse (WMS), and IBM i (AS/400) / DB2 for i environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distribution operations, warehouse processes, and enterprise application support, implementation, upgrades, or system integration projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support implementation, upgrade, modernization, and integration initiatives involving Client Retalix solutions.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Retalix Power Enterprise ERP and/or Power Warehouse (WMS) applications.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support critical functional areas including:
- Order Management
- Pricing & Promotions
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Operations & RF Solutions
- Invoicing & Billing
- Analyze business processes and recommend best practices for distribution and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with technical teams supporting IBM i (AS/400), DB2 for i, RPG/RPGLE, and related technologies.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide documentation, process flows, and solution recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Client Retalix Power Enterprise, Retalix Power Warehouse, or related Retalix solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) and DB2 for i environments.
- Experience in one or more of the following functional domains:
- Food Distribution
- Food Processing
- Wholesale Distribution
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and distribution operations.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or system integrations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RPG/RPGLE development in Retalix environments.
- Prior experience as a Systems Integrator, Solution Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Technical Lead supporting Retalix platforms.
- Knowledge of Client Voyix / Client Retail solutions.
- Experience working in multi-site distribution and warehouse operations.
- Exposure to modernization initiatives and legacy system transformation projects.
