About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Systems Integrator to support the development, integration, verification, and deployment of advanced ground software systems for mission-critical space and intelligence programs. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of software, hardware, and operational systems while supporting the delivery of reliable, high-performance solutions.

You will work on complex technical challenges involving system integration, automation, testing, and mission operations, helping drive innovation and operational excellence across next-generation space systems.

What You'll Do

Support hardware deployment, integration, checkout, and verification activities across multiple sites.

Perform verification and validation of ground software systems, including command and control, mission management, and operational support capabilities.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and verification frameworks.

Analyze system architectures to understand component interactions and identify integration opportunities and risks.

Execute integration and test plans, document results, and track issues through resolution.

Investigate and troubleshoot complex system failures using logs, debugging tools, and root cause analysis techniques.

Collaborate with software developers, systems engineers, and test teams to resolve integration challenges.

Improve test automation, verification processes, and system reliability across the development lifecycle.

Support Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative testing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with ground software system verification, command and control systems, and mission management platforms.

Hands-on experience with system integration, verification, validation, and testing activities.

Strong knowledge of test automation methodologies and tools.

Experience developing scripts and automation solutions using Python.

Ability to troubleshoot complex software and system integration issues through log analysis and debugging techniques.

Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to work across cross-functional engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience programming in one or more languages such as Python, MATLAB, C, C++, or Java.

Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo and Visio.

Experience with collaboration and lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.

Knowledge of Systems Tool Kit (STK) for mission analysis and simulation.

Experience working in Agile software development environments.

Familiarity with Gherkin/Cucumber or other Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) testing frameworks.

Experience with version control systems such as GitLab.

Understanding of container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud platforms and services, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
