Job ID:26-07721 Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:
- Start Date March 16th
- Help customers who want us to prepare their taxes
- Answering key questions
- Gathering key information and documents
- Creating key notes for a seamless transition to the filing agent
- Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your knowledge in the field of customer service.
- Document customer interactions
- Work continuously toward meeting company KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
- Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations, as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills; ["Customer Service", "Call Center Support", "Tax Support "]
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
