Key Responsibilities Workday Integration Leadership
Own end-to-end Workday integration strategy and roadmap.
Design enterprise-grade integration architectures.
Lead all integration workstreams during implementation and post-production support.
Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and operational controls.
Drive root cause analysis for critical production issues.
Act as escalation point for all integration-related incidents.

Function as de facto Integration Product Owner.
Drive stakeholder decisions.
Lead executive workshops.
Mentor NCL internal integration resources.
Coach senior managers and directors.
Challenge poor designs and propose alternatives.
Operate effectively under severe time constraints and executive pressure.
Required Experience
10+ years Workday experience.
7+ years Workday Integration leadership.
Minimum 3 full Workday end-to-end implementations.
Multiple production support engagements.
Experience supporting organizations exceeding 10,000 employees.
Strong experience integrating Workday with payroll vendors and enterprise platforms.
