Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead Consultant to lead end-to-end Workday integration strategy, architecture, development, implementation, and production support.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Workday integration technologies and experience delivering complex enterprise Workday implementations across HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and third-party vendor ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Workday integration strategy, architecture, roadmap, and delivery.
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Workday integrations.
- Lead integration workstreams throughout implementation and post-production support.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Establish integration standards, governance, monitoring, and operational controls.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Act as the escalation point for integration-related issues.
- Lead integration testing, deployment, and production support.
- Mentor technical teams and provide integration leadership.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of Workday experience
- 7+ years of Workday Integration leadership
- Minimum 3 full end-to-end Workday implementations
- Experience with multiple production support engagements
- Experience supporting large enterprise organizations
- Strong experience integrating Workday with payroll vendors and enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of US payroll-related integrations
