Now Hiring: ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) Product Owner
We re looking for a talented ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) Product Owner to join our growing team. If you re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you ll fit right in.
What You ll Do:
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and product-related questions.
- Partner with procurement, sourcing, finance, and business stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements.
- Own and manage the S2P product backlog, including enhancements, defects, user stories, and process improvement initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow S2P capabilities, procurement workflows, and platform best practices.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Support testing activities including UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production validation.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts across sourcing, procurement, and payment-related processes.
- Assist with process documentation, training materials, and end-user adoption initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams to support successful releases and platform enhancements.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow solutions in a functional, product ownership, or business analysis capacity.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD certification required.
- Hands-on experience supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P), procurement, sourcing, or finance-related workflows within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes including sourcing, purchasing, approvals, and vendor management.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and user story development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Relevant ServiceNow certification(s) supporting S2P, procurement, or related workflow capabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
