Now Hiring: ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner
We’re looking for a talented ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner to join our growing team. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, collaborating with smart and supportive teammates, and making a real impact, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary functional point of contact for ServiceNow HRSD process and product-related questions.
- Partner with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define and prioritize business requirements.
- Own and manage the HRSD product backlog, including user stories, enhancements, defects, and process improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable development tasks.
- Provide guidance on HRSD best practices, platform capabilities, and process optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support configuration discussions and validate solutions align with business objectives.
- Coordinate testing efforts including UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and releases.
- Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and end-user adoption activities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow solutions in a functional, business analysis, or product ownership capacity.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workflows, and service delivery operations.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing product backlogs/user stories.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD) certification required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Consistent, reliable availability and professional accountability
