We are seeking a skilled AI Agent & Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven automation solutions using LLMs (Large Language Models). The ideal candidate will have hands on experience building AI agents, designing effective prompts, integrating APIs, and improving AI workflows for business applications.
Responsibilities: -
Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents for business automation and workflow optimization.
Create advanced prompt strategies, templates, and frameworks to improve accuracy, reliability, and consistency of AI outputs.
Primary mission: Develop defined agents for affiliation efforts
Builds agents rapidly, trains employees Documentation as required
Configure low-code AI agents in Microsoft Copilot or a custom Enterprise Chat tool.
Monitor AI agent performance and troubleshoot accuracy issues.
Ensure responsible AI use, data privacy, and compliance with organizational guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Agent orchestration experience / knowledge (Must have)
Basic understanding of APIs and connectors (Must have)
Python or other programming languages for building custom agents (Nice to have)
Power Platform basics (e.g., Power Automate) (Nice to have)
Expertise in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and chain of thought prompting.
Proficiency in Python, API integrations, and workflow orchestration tools.
Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS).
Experience designing conversational flows, chatbots, or automation assistants.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with cross functional teams and translate business needs into AI solutions.

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
