Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise networking.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale network and security architectures.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect with strong expertise in Fortinet technologies to design, implement, and optimize secure enterprise network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with network architecture, security solutions, SD-WAN, and firewall technologies, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Fortinet solutions.
• Architect and deploy FortiGate Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, and FortiClient.
• Design and implement Fortinet Secure SD-WAN solutions.
• Develop secure network architectures for LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP).
• Implement network segmentation, Zero Trust, IPS, IDS, Web Filtering, Application Control, and VPN solutions.
• Monitor network performance and recommend improvements for scalability, availability, and security.
• Perform network capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability design.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams for hybrid cloud networking.
• Create network architecture documentation, HLDs, LLDs, SOPs, and technical diagrams.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex network and security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet products:

• FortiGate
• FortiManager
• FortiAnalyzer
• FortiAuthenticator
• FortiClient
• FortiWeb (preferred)
• FortiMail (preferred)

• Expertise in Fortinet Security Fabric.
• Experience with Secure SD-WAN deployment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, MPLS, QoS, VLANs, and IPv4/IPv6.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Experience with High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, and Network Redundancy.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud networking.
• Familiarity with automation using Python, Ansible, or REST APIs is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Fortinet NSE 4, NSE 5, NSE 6, NSE 7, or NSE 8 (or equivalent current Fortinet certifications)
• Cisco CCNP/CCIE
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking certifications (preferred)
