Role: Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure & Partner Engineering)

Overview: This isn't a generic TPM role. We're specifically targeting candidates with a strong background in infrastructure-focused program management and partner engineering. The ideal profile will have proven experience driving large-scale infrastructure product integrations in collaboration with partners such as Dell, VMware, IBM, or similar ecosystems.
We're looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager with deep expertise across infrastructure platforms, virtualization, and cloud environments. This individual will lead complex integration programs spanning both hardware and software partners, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs involving virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms
- Drive integration of software platforms (e.g., VMware stack) with OEM hardware systems
- Manage strategic partnerships with vendors such as Dell, IBM, and cloud providers
- Own technical roadmap alignment across cross-functional engineering teams
- Oversee certification, compatibility, and release lifecycle of infrastructure solutions
- Act as a technical liaison between internal engineering teams and external partners
- Resolve critical integration and performance issues in multi-vendor environments
- Drive technical enablement for partner engineering and pre-sales teams
Required Skills
- Strong experience in virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi, vSAN, VCF preferred)
- Deep understanding of infrastructure systems: storage, clustering, Linux/Unix
- Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms
- Proven experience managing OEM/partner integrations
- Strong program management experience in enterprise environments
- Ability to work across engineering, product, and partner teams
- Experience with Dell EMC, IBM, or similar OEM ecosystems
- Background in systems engineering (kernel, OS, storage, etc.)
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Exposure to private/hybrid cloud architectures
