The HCI / Virtualization Delivery Lead is a highly technical program manager responsible for driving delivery of the bank's next generation private cloud infrastructure. This role leads the end to end execution of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments across strategic data centers. The ideal candidate brings deep virtualization expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to operate in a complex, ambiguous, large scale engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of HCI and virtualization initiatives across GEOS, including compute, storage, containers, and VM platforms
Drive execution of VCF based deployments in partnership with engineering leads
Serve as a technical program lead, engaging directly with SLT+1 engineering managers (HCI, data center, networking, ADS)
Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross functional alignment across infrastructure teams
Partner with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment to GEOS strategy
Operate effectively in a transformational environment, where roles, processes, and ownership are evolving
Apply Scaled Agile practices to support delivery planning, ceremonies, and execution
Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on accountability, delivery discipline, and Agile ways of working
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to GEOS leadership and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years in technical program or project management within infrastructure engineering
Hands on experience with VMware, VCF, virtualization, and HCI platforms
Strong understanding of data center architecture, compute/storage/networking, and private cloud technologies
Demonstrated ability to lead highly technical engineering teams
Experience with Scaled Agile, Jira, and Agile delivery frameworks
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with VxRail, Nutanix, or other HCI platforms
Background in large enterprise or financial services environments
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving organizational structures

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.
