Responsibilities

• Assist in executing brand initiatives across campaigns and content programs.
• Coordinate daily tasks among stakeholders, including business teams and creative partners.
• Manage timelines and track deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
• Facilitate review and approval processes by effectively consolidating feedback.
• Ensure content and creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
• Support brand operations, including asset organization and updates.
• Identify potential risks and delays, proactively driving resolutions.

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and maintaining project momentum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with creative teams or agencies.
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and content review processes.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
