Job: Marketo Consultant
Location: Remote Work Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6+ Months contract
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to translate documented journeys and campaigns into executable programs.
Build, execute and optimize marketing programs and campaigns in Marketo with an emphasis on complex journey building and orchestration.
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to manage the orchestration of Marketo journeys and campaigns across audience segments.
Bring forward cross-journey / campaign orchestration opportunities and facilitate cross-journey decision making.
Work with Marketing team to conduct testing on creative and copy.
Develop testing and QA practices ensuing all operational activities are performed with the highest degree of quality.
Regularly report on Marketo programs, campaigns, and emails.
Build and execute lead scoring efforts in Marketo.
Assist with the management of the contact database; upload lists; maintain segmentation; uphold data hygiene standards; optimize email deliverability.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B marketing strongly preferred
Expert knowledge of Marketo. Marketo certified expert strongly preferred
Email Marketing experience, including drip sequences, operational emails, and automated triggers
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
