Summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Pricing Operations Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA.

As a member of the Pricing Frameworks Team, you will provide essential operational support to help bring product and offer decisions to market. In this role, you will partner closely with a team member and assist upstream business partners such as Product Marketing Managers and Business Model Strategy Managers to ensure smooth execution of product and pricing changes through downstream processes. The focus of this role is on execution and coordination, working with technical operations, revenue accounting, deal desk, order management, sales operations, legal counsel, customer care, and cloud tech to remove operational barriers and maintain process efficiency.
This role requires you to be based in San Jose and come into the office three days a week (minimum). The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension and includes a 30 business day probationary period.
Responsibilities:
  • Support SKU and pricing setup for product/offer launches and programs.
  • Coordinate operational tasks throughout the product/offer lifecycle.
  • Ensure pricing and offer details flow correctly through downstream quote-to-cash processes.
  • Track and report on project milestones and timelines to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to confirm requirements and resolve issues.
  • Assist in documenting processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.


Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational or coordination role with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with tools like Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SFDC, Dynamics 365, and SKU creation is a plus.
