Description
We are looking for an experienced Database Developer to design, build, and maintain robust software systems tailored to meet organizational needs. This role involves contributing to all phases of the software lifecycle, from concept to deployment, while ensuring optimal functionality and performance. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain software systems using SQL, C#, and C++ to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and clarify technical specifications.
Enhance existing applications by identifying performance issues and implementing improvements.
Translate user requirements into effective software solutions through detailed analysis and coding.
Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, and documentation.
Communicate regularly with project managers to address operational challenges and ensure project success.
Recommend innovative improvements to software systems using diverse programming languages.
Work closely with team members to drive continuous development and optimization of products.
Apply knowledge of the health insurance industry to create tailored software solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven track record as a Software Engineer or Database Developer.
Proficiency in SQL, C#, and C++ with a strong understanding of database management.
Familiarity with health insurance systems and related terminology is an advantage.
Ability to create clear and concise documentation for production use.
Experience in analyzing requirements, designing software, coding, integrating, testing, and debugging.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
