Job Summary
Job Responsibilities: Work4Flow - Sr BPC - ServiceNow -US- Process Consulting & Advisory Conduct IT Operations maturity assessments. Lead customer workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Define future-state ITOM operating model and governance framework. Recommend ITOM adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives. Define KPIs, operational processes, and success metrics. ITOM Functional Design Gather and document requirements for: Discovery Service Mapping CMDB Event Management Health Log Analytics Cloud Discovery Certificate Management Operational Intelligence Create functional specifications and user stories. Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning. CMDB & CSDM Assess CMDB maturity and data quality. Define CI classes, relationships, and governance processes. Support CSDM adoption and alignment. Establish data ownership and lifecycle management processes. Stakeholder Management Work with infrastructure, cloud, application, security, and operations teams. Present recommendations to customer leadership. Manage workshops, process reviews, and design discussions. Support organizational change management and adoption activities. Project Delivery Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants. Review solution designs and validate business requirements. Support UAT planning and execution. Ensure delivered solution aligns with business objectives and best practices. Required Skills ITIL Foundation knowledge Strong understanding of IT Operations processes CMDB and CSDM knowledge Discovery and Service Mapping concepts Event Management concepts Infrastructure Operations understanding Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) awareness Strong documentation and presentation skills Customer workshop facilitation skills
