Summary

Infrastructure QE Lead in Chicago, IL

Lead the Quality Engineering strategy for Digital Workplace transformation initiatives, establishing enterprise-wide testing standards, governance, and automation frameworks across infrastructure and cloud environments.
Drive Infrastructure QE for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, Azure, AWS, VDI, endpoint management, IAM, and network/security services with a strong focus on automation and quality assurance.
Develop and implement automated testing solutions for infrastructure provisioning, cloud migrations, workplace modernization, endpoint compliance, application compatibility, performance, resiliency, and user experience monitoring using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Selenium, and Playwright.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Workplace Engineering, Security, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to support Digital Workplace transformation, cloud migration, Windows upgrades, and device modernization initiatives while driving Shift-Left testing practices.
Required Experience: 12+ years in Quality Engineering/Infrastructure Testing with expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, DevOps/CI-CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor), ITIL processes, and AI-enabled testing solutions.
