Schwab's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead technology-focused real estate construction projects across retail, service center, and office environments. This role partners closely with Technology, Security, Design, and Construction teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant technology infrastructure solutions that support business growth.

You will manage projects end-to-end-owning scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication-while ensuring alignment with Schwab standards and industry best practices.

What You'll Do
  • Lead technology components of Corporate Real Estate construction projects from planning through closeout
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
  • Translate business requirements into functional, cost-effective technology and infrastructure solutions
  • Define and coordinate structured cabling and hardware requirements for offices, call centers, and data centers
  • Collaborate with internal Technology, Security, Design, and Construction teams
  • Interface with General Contractors, MEP engineers, and architectural partners to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed
  • Manage bids, proposals, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
  • Facilitate project meetings, publish meeting minutes, and provide regular stakeholder updates
  • Ensure compliance with CRE methodologies, audit guidelines, and industry standards (TIA, BICSI)
  • Support Remedy work order management and project close-out documentation
  • Travel to project sites as required (up to 50%)
