Our client is building a modern, AI-enabled software platform and is seeking a Full Stack Developer who thrives in start-up environments. This is a hands-on role focused on rapidly turning ideas into production-ready software. You will be responsible for building new systems from the ground up, rapidly prototyping, and shipping features at high velocity. You'll work across frontend, backend, and AI-powered systems with strong ownership and minimal direction. Success in this role requires urgency, independence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable systems while maintaining development speed
- Own projects end-to-end, from concept through deployment
- Work across the stack, including frontend, backend, and AI/ML systems
- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and refine new product ideas
- Partner closely with leadership to translate business needs into working software
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve engineering velocity
- Balance high engineering standards with pragmatism and delivery speed
- Continuously evaluate and apply new technologies to accelerate development
Requirements - 4+ years of experience deploying systems in AWS
- Intermediate proficiency in Python, particularly in AI/ML concepts
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and GenAI systems
- Experience with tools and frameworks such as LangChain and PyTorch
- Proven experience building end-to-end systems and not just contributing to isolated components
- Proficiency with Django, React, JavaScript, and SQL
- Expert communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to partner with C-level executives to drive innovation
