Benefits Analyst

This job is responsible for administering/analyzing various employee benefit plans across the company. The Benefits Analyst acts as the benefits contact point for employees, department managers and vendors on escalated issues.

Minimum Qualifications
2+ w/Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, but candidates with proven experience will not be excluded from consideration.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong management/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Detail-oriented; flexible and creative.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
Excellent customer service skills. 
Strong verbal & written communication skills. 
Intermediate Excel skills.
Knowledge of plan provisions.
Knowledge of benefits theories and principles.
Knowledge of Delta Dentals policies, procedures, and guidelines is preferred.
