Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Closeout Specialist to support solar financing operations by reviewing customer financing submissions, validating project data, and ensuring compliance with internal funding requirements. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills who can identify discrepancies, maintain data integrity, and help streamline the project approval process within the residential solar financing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process financing submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in project documentation
Ensure quality standards and service-level expectations are consistently met
Escalate unusual findings or potential issues to management in a timely manner
Support daily operational workflows related to project closeout processing
Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and customer support

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
1+ years of experience in data review, operations, finance support, or administrative processing
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred
Experience in residential solar, financing, or project operations
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is a plus
Prior experience in quality assurance or compliance review preferred
