Summary

Provide onsite IT support to users, assisting with mobile device setup, Apple device management, and troubleshooting in a healthcare/clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support mobile devices (iPhone/iOS, Android) and Apple devices
  • Assist with device setup, enrollment, and configuration (MDM/JAMF preferred)
  • Troubleshoot device, connectivity, and application issues
  • Ensure proper device functionality, data sync, and compliance
