Fractional IT Support & Infrastructure Manager (Remote, 15-20 hrs/week)

We are seeking a hands-on IT leader to support and modernize the technology environment of a growing law firm on a fractional basis. This is a true player-coach role-responsible for both technical execution and light team leadership-covering desktop deployments, infrastructure operations, and end-user support while partnering directly with firm leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with desktop management, NetApp storage, cloud platforms, SolarWinds monitoring, and IT asset management. You will help stabilize and optimize day-to-day IT operations, drive standards and best practices, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by translating technical needs into business-focused solutions.

Key Focus Areas:

Desktop deployment & endpoint management
NetApp, cloud infrastructure, and SolarWinds monitoring
IT asset lifecycle management
Hands-on delivery with executive-level communication

This is a 100% remote, fractional role (15-20 hours per week) suited for a senior technologist who enjoys building, fixing, and leading at the same time.
