Role: SAP Business One Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP Business One Consultant to lead and execute ERP strategies that drive system optimization, process improvement, and user satisfaction. This role is critical in managing the full lifecycle of SAP Business One implementations, from discovery and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One modules, a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and support.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
· Conduct process mapping workshops to identify and document current and future state business processes.
· Configure SAP Business One modules including Financials, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Master Data, and Production.
· Provide hands-on post-implementation support and user training to ensure smooth adoption.
· Serve as a primary liaison between business users and technical teams/vendors to drive successful outcomes.
· Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or automation.
· Maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, customizations, workflows, and procedures.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the ERP/IT team.
· Stay updated on SAP Business One enhancements, updates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
· Proven experience with end-to-end SAP Business One implementations.
· Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules: Financials, CRM, Sales, Purchasing, Master Data, Inventory, and Production.
· Deep understanding of core business processes.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience leading process mapping sessions and business analysis workshops.
· Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
