SENIOR QA ANALYST WITH MORE THAN 8 years real experience (DO NOT INCLUDE FAKE INTERNSHIPS or PART-TIME WORK)
Summary:
We are seeking a senior-level QA Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD. This candidate will be involved in the QA Testing efforts that will design and execute test cases for CyberDW and the Cyber Data Dashboards. Identify, report, and track defects as well as participate in creating and maintaining regression test plans, cases, and scripts. This role supports the delivery of reliable systems by identifying defects and verifying requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
2) Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance phases.
3) Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
4) Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain test documentation. Participate in agile scrum calls with the CyberDW team and provide feedback on system usability and stability. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
5) Identify, evaluate, and manage the documentation and deliverables required for each project testing and automation.
Skills:
1) 8+ years experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis. Financial services and banking background preferred.
2) Must have a comprehensive knowledge of and experience in the use of Test management tools - i.e., JIRA. Additional experience in use of Confluence would be advantageous.
3) Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and documentation skills.
4) Must be able to scrub and analyze data. Strong experience writing SQL queries, familiarity with joins, CTEs, looking for data outliers, etc.
