  • Serve as a central orchestrator, guiding teams, resolving escalations, aligning technical and business partners, and enforcing quality and delivery standards across all MDM workstreams.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, outstanding communication skills, and proven success in delivering complex products, item, and vendor data initiatives within retail or merchandising-driven organizations.
  • Leverage your expertise in project management tools and methodologies to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and deliver program outcomes in a complex environment.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, sourcing, pricing, item setup, supply chain, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Proven success delivering multi-workstream programs requiring systems integration, workflow redesign, data governance, and organizational change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
