RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Support in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
The Application Support will provide software support, training, and implementation assistance for student information system applications used by client organizations. This role partners with education stakeholders to ensure accurate student data management, compliance with reporting requirements, and effective use of student data systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver functional support and problem resolution for student data applications
* Respond to client requests and support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring accurate documentation of resolutions and time spent
* Support onboarding of new client organizations, including system setup and user guidance
* Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user guides
* Assist clients with student data processes including attendance, scheduling, grade reporting, discipline, special programs, and reporting requirements
* Collaborate with internal team members to identify system enhancements, clarify requirements, and relay user feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
* 2-3 years of experience supporting student data systems or working in an education-related data or records environment
* Knowledge of student accounting procedures, data validation, and reporting processes
* Experience supporting end users through troubleshooting, training, and documentation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to groups of adult learners
* Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and work independently
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Familiarity with data collections, compliance reporting, and student record management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, email)
* Comfort working on both Windows and macOS environments in a networked setting
* Strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
