Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Memphis, TN. This long-term contract position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in overseeing enterprise-level projects and implementing advanced systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing complex processes and fostering collaboration across teams to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage project initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Drive the implementation of SAP EWM systems and related warehouse management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize system performance.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders to communicate project progress and address challenges.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with established processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Oversee the integration of WMS and WCS applications to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor project deliverables and report on key performance indicators.
Facilitate training and support for end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
Requirements
Proven experience in project management, particularly with enterprise-level systems.
Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, WMS applications, and WCS systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in developing and executing detailed project plans.
Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
Adept at problem-solving and delivering solutions in fast-paced environments.
