Role Summary

A Supply Chain Change Management and Readiness Project Manager is responsible for leading change management initiatives, ensuring operational readiness, and facilitating adoption of system and process changes within supply chain environments. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders across various functions to mitigate risks, support seamless transitions, and maintain business continuity throughout large-scale transformation projects. The position requires a strategic mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in supply chain operations, change management methodologies, and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management and operational readiness plans tailored to supply chain workstream systems and business process updates.
  • Maintain and review the supply chain change impact inventory, collaborating with workstream leads, SMEs, IT, and external partners to assess process, system, data, and operational modifications.
  • Align stakeholder groups, including suppliers and internal teams, by establishing communication channels, feedback mechanisms, and change champions to capture risks and address concerns.
  • Oversee delivery of readiness deliverables such as training programs, job aids, process documentation, checklists, and escalation procedures to ensure preparedness.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams and supplier enablement units to communicate process enhancements, testing protocols, cutover activities, and post go-live support expectations.
  • Monitor program governance by providing updates on readiness status, risks, dependencies, and decision points during stakeholder meetings, reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Support testing, cutover activities, and hypercare by ensuring users and support teams are well-informed of new responsibilities, controls, and triage processes.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve readiness gaps related to SME involvement, training, communication, operational support, and vendor dependencies.
  • Track evidence of adoption such as training completion rates, testing outcomes, issue resolution, and post-implementation feedback to optimize future projects.
  • Act as a peer leader within cross-functional teams, making informed decisions and contributing strategic insights to supply chain transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Typically, +6 years of experience in supply chain functions, project management, change management, systems implementation, or operational readiness.
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving supply chain, IT, finance, operations, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute readiness plans, stakeholder communications, training strategies, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation, process change, supplier enablement, or operational projects.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and modeling tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to varied audiences.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and system impacts.
  • Ability to translate complex changes into actionable business and user guidance.

Publishing Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
