Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Computer Specialist  to support the design, development, integration, testing, and enhancement of web-based, mobile-connected, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, application design, database systems, document management, workflow, Active Directory/security, system integration, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture, solution designs, technical specifications, and system documentation.
• Design and support 3-tier web applications, databases, interfaces, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance in-house applications.
• Design and support document management, imaging, workflow, and business process systems.
• Design and support Active Directory-based security, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
• Develop system configurations, operational procedures, technical diagrams, and implementation documentation.
• Evaluate technical solutions and recommend approaches based on security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Integrate application modules and enterprise systems, including mobile/web integrations.
• Perform application, integration, regression, and system testing and document results.
• Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and IT issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, managers, and business stakeholders on implementations and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, application development, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Windows-based and web-based applications.
• Experience with 3-tier/multi-tier application architecture.
• Experience with database design and SQL.
• Experience with document management and/or workflow systems.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise security.
• Experience with application integration and system interfaces.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong technical documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mobile and web application integration.
• Document imaging and electronic repositories.
• Workflow/business process automation.
• Enterprise application development and support.
• REST APIs and web services.
• Automated testing, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Multilingual or accessibility-focused application development.
• Experience with payroll, HR, financial, or other enterprise business systems.
