  • Develop solution designs that address business, technical, security, integration, and operational requirements.
  • Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend solutions based on functionality, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Develop system architecture documentation, process flows, data flows, interface specifications, and technical diagrams.
  • Analyze data structures, data access, database requirements, and application-to-database interactions.
  • Support the design and integration of enterprise applications, databases, APIs, interfaces, and legacy systems.
  • Work with developers, architects, QA, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to plan implementations, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, system configurations, operational procedures, and user documentation.
  • Support application development, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and validate reports, audit trails, logging, security controls, and system workflows.
  • Perform application, integration, regression, and system testing; document test strategies, results, defects, and resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
  • Support software conversions, application upgrades, modernization, and system integration initiatives.
  • Contribute to quality assurance standards, development practices, and continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience in systems analysis, application analysis, software development, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business and technical requirements.
  • Experience developing functional specifications, system designs, process flows, data flows, and technical documentation.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, data structures, data access, and system integration.
  • Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience supporting application development, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Experience with enterprise application integration and software interfaces.
  • Experience with software conversions, upgrades, or application modernization.
  • Experience working across complex enterprise or legacy technology environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
