Pay Range:$80,000-$90,000 Per Year

Description:
A dynamic and expanding company in Matthews, NC is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Supervisor. 
This role involves managing daily AP operations, supporting month-end close, and enhancing processes across multiple entities. 
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with full-cycle AP and general ledger transactions, and will utilize spreadsheet software and enterprise resource planning systems to execute tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute full-cycle accounts payable operations, from invoice receipt to reconciliation.
Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, and necessary approvals.
Coordinate payment runs and address vendor inquiries and discrepancies.
Support month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
Guide and train AP team members, ensuring accuracy and completeness of work.

Qualifications
Five or more years of progressive accounts payable experience, including full AP cycle management.
Experience with month-end close and general ledger activities.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software and accounting systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills and proactive problem resolution approach.
