Dynamics 365 CE Developer Lead / Solution Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer Lead / Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform. The role involves leading technical delivery, defining architecture standards, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Define technical architecture and solution design for CRM implementations.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, and integrations.
• Design integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Lead code reviews, deployment planning, release management, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, governance, security, and performance standards.
• Mentor and guide developers and technical consultants.
• Support estimation, solution documentation, and technical proposals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong expertise in:
