About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead and support complex technology initiatives across multiple domains. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using modern Microsoft and web technologies. You will collaborate closely with technical peers, product owners, and business partners to deliver secure, compliant, high-quality solutions.
What You'll Do- Lead or contribute to complex engineering initiatives across assigned domains
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance for supported applications and systems
- Serve as a technical expert to identify, evaluate, and deliver software solutions
- Analyze user needs, translate requirements, and recommend system enhancements
- Provide advanced support, consultation, and problem resolution for supported applications
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software using Agile methodologies
- Create test data and perform unit and interface testing
- Participate in risk management and compliance activities for supported systems
- Conduct research and develop process and technical improvement recommendations
- Mentor team members in advanced software development practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Required QualificationsExperience (4+ Years Each):- Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent (work experience, training, military service, education)
- ADA-compliant UI development and accessibility implementation
- Microsoft .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, and design patterns (Factory, Builder, MVC, Entity Framework, DAO, Singleton)
- Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery
- Data modeling languages: XML, YAML, JSON
- React / ReactJS + TypeScript
- SQL, SQL Server, NoSQL, MongoDB, and standard database query tools
- Web services and APIs: SOAP, REST, OAuth, JWT, ASP.NET Web API, OData
Technical Proficiency (4-6 Years):- .NET, .NET Core, .NET Framework, .NET Microservices
- .NET Web API

Additional Experience:- JIRA & Confluence (1-2 years)
Desired Qualifications- Experience with DevOps methodologies
- Working knowledge of OpenShift OCP, microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Experience working in cloud-based environments (OpenShift OCP preferred)
- CI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Harness, Artifactory, YAML pipelines
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and JIRA boards
- Experience writing automated tests using XUnit, MSTest
- Kafka (1-2 years)
- Kubernetes & Docker containerization (1-2 years)
