Project Delivery Manager

Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of multiple concurrent projects in alignment with strategic business objectives. Based in Plano, Texas, this role will require a proactive leader capable of managing teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:
Lead the overall execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Build and guide cross-functional teams to maintain focus and achieve project deliverables within established timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress closely and address issues proactively to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Prepare and deliver clear, consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and financials to stakeholders and executive leaders.
Coordinate efforts across various business units to ensure integrated and seamless project outcomes.
Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis to maintain financial accountability.
Enforce quality control processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure their contributions align with project objectives.
Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders by organizing meetings, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment on project goals.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex projects in a detail-oriented environment, preferably within the service industry.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and principles.
PMP Certification is required to demonstrate expertise in project management.
Proficiency in IT project management, including familiarity with technical concepts and systems.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Experience in vendor management and coordinating with third-party partners to achieve project goals.
