Our client, a global leader in building technologies and smart building solutions, is seeking an L&D Business Analyst to join their team. As an L&D Business Analyst, you will be part of the Learning & Development Organization supporting L&D, Technology, Operations, and LMS Vendor Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $60hr
What?s the Job?
\t- Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. \t
- Document current-state and future-state business processes related to LMS transformation initiatives. \t
- Analyze workflows and identify process improvement and automation opportunities. \t
- Develop and execute Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). \t
- Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful LMS implementation and adoption.
What?s Needed?
\t- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field. \t
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role. \t
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable enterprise software platforms. \t
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process documentation, and process mapping. \t
- Experience with Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
